Smear some silglyde into the rubber window run, silicone brake grease will not destroy rubber seals.
Usually the regulator isn't a problem, except with the tailgate glass on early 4Runners.

I have a can of silicone spray that I use for things like this. Works great on any rubber parts...especially when sliding on rubber hoses.

Is "Silglyde" a product name.. or just slang? I have sticky windows as well.

Silglyde is usually on the counter at NAPA, etc. It comes in a squeeze-tube, and its silicone grease. Every grease-drawer should have some.
