holy cow, who the heck would want to steal it? I was looking for one, but after no finding of a factory one without talking to my dealer, I inquired to Jason about a Jaos one, because that one is stainless steel, it's not bad it runs almost 300 plus shipping and I believe it looks better because it's shinier....(spelled right?)

You can probably have somebody make one for a lot cheaper.

Does rockstomper not make skidplates anymore? I can't find any on their site.

I'll bet it was a highschool kid who smashed his all the pieces while out wheeling... I remember having a few crazy thoughts like that back in the day. Never did it of course though!

Apparently Rockstomper is not making them anymore. Steve Schaefer called and he was told Rockstomper was losing money on the deal.

Check out this thread from ODW for some of the info. It is Steve's post, page 2, 4th from top.

I think that I might still have one that I took off my Runner. It's aluminum and I polished it out, so it's kinda hard to take care of, but looks really nice. I'll go look for it and get back to you.

BTW, where are you located?, if it's too far from me, the shipping will be killer. Let me know.
