Looking to get a new motor..

does anyone know where i can get a complete motor for my 86 4runner? i called attarco which ships in low mileage engines from japan, but they dont come with wiring harnesses. would i need to get a different wiring harness for a different motor? does anyone know another placce where i can get a low mileage or rebuilt engine? thanks.

why do you need the wiring harness? are you trying to do a full on like 3.4 swap into a truck with a 4 banger? or?

then why would your original wiring harness not work?

DOA as previously listed or LC Engineering both offer replacement engines in both short block or long block and stock or various levels of performance.

i have looked at DOA and LC, but i am hoping to not have to spend that much. thanks for all your help.

I wouldn't go through attarco.I bought one from them last year and as soon as I got it in and fired it up,I had piston slap.The piston was hitting the bottom of the head.They would not exchange it.Bad customer service.I drove 4 hours to pick it up too.
