Looking for BFG AT Trade (Sale) in MD/VA/DC

I went with the OME set up (heavy duty springs and firm shocks front and rear) and put a set of 285/75 16 BFG AT's on my '96 4Runner SR5 4WD. Now, I'm wishing I hadn't. The 285's are too big. I rub, acceleration and overall performance is down and gas mileage sucks. I know I could put a BL on, but this is not an off-roader, and I have already put a lot into an otherwise daily driver.

Before I try to sell the 285's, I am looking for someone in the MD, DC or VA area with a set of 265/75 16 BFG AT's with around 5,000 miles on them interested in a trade.

These tires have never been off-road.

Alternatively, if someone is interested in these tires outright, please reply or PM me. For a sale, I will deliver within a one-hour's drive of Reston, VA.

If you have trouble selling/trading them on Yotatech, you could try posting them here.

Hum, I'm wanting to run 285's on mine with OME HD lift, but also ARB Bumper and winch. I do have the 882's though, did you get the 881's? How bad is the rubbing? Is the rubbing in the front?

Get a body lift and do some fender well trimming and you'll be fine. Lots of guys at SE4RJ had 285s and had no problems whatsoever.

I'm not scared of the fender trimming, but I don't want the bodylift-I won't be able to fit in my garage with a bodylift and 33's. The 33's alone will make it extremely close. I have thought about the bodylift and 33x12.50's though and parking full time in the driveway. I have also thought about 33x10.50x15's and wheel spacers. Oh, the endless tire choices.
