Looking at a 2002 Tacoma Prerunner Doublecab

Hey guys,

I'm looking at 2002 Prerunner Doublecab with the TRD package and 16k miles on it. Asking price is 20,991 from the dealer. What do you guys think about that price? i think it seems like a really good deal, but i wanted to get some opinions from you guys. Thanks

options?

my parents didn't pay much more than a couple grand over that for a new one. Sounds like it might be similar type, but options are what will make it a good deal or not!

Well, like I said it has the SR5 TRD package (off road suspension) power mirrors, locks, and windows, CD/Tape/Radio, Premium Wheels, the 3.4l V6 (mmm...deckplate and ISR mods!) I guess the only thing this truck hasn't got is the leather package and 4wd...

i have 4wd on my current Yota.... so hopefully i can keep it and still be able to qualify. I'm going to talk to their Finance person today to get that whole process started.

Well, interestengly I went with a friend to buy the exact same truck last night. We made the deal for $21300 brand new. It has the TRD package, power everything, spare wheel lock and aluminium skid plate.

Sounds exactly like my new '03 truck, except mine is ext cab. After all haggling finished...$19.5 with 13 miles on the odo..I'd say they can probably move downward about $1500+.
