Lift Kits and tires
Hi Guys
Ive popped over from yotasurf.co.uk, your UK cousins for a bit of local help.
Can you guys in the US recommend a supplier in the US where I can get a 2" suspension lift kit, a 2" bodylift kit and 33" BFG M/T tires....
Any likes etc... would be much appreciated.
Its all to go on a 2nd Gen 1992 2.4Td SSR-G Surf.

You know, if we always recommend searching then the forum activity will likely dimenish rapidly.
There is only so much to talk about and eventually we will have covered it all. The cool thing about posting a question is that you get to know people on the forum.
Besides, searching takes an enormous amount of time and isn't near as fun.

Yes, the canned, trite and stoic, 'do a search' isn't very friendly or welcoming to new members. Guess they had received a similar reply when they started on yotatech.

If you want to complain about telling people to search, the least you could do is provide some useful info along with it...

For a body lift, I'd recommend Roger Brown. His web site is http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/
People around here (including me) swear by his quality. You can't go wrong there.
Tires? Try www.tirerack.com
Suspsnsion lift? I'd actually have to suggest the search here for that, as I have a 3rd gen and I'm not up on 2nd gen lifts.

For the lift check out Downeyoff-road.com for some 1.5" rear springs. Then match it with ball joint spacers in the front. You'll get a little lift and it'll still ride nice.
