Lift kits for 88 pickup?
A friend just bought an 88 4X4 pickup, and wants to put a lift on it. Probably 4 inches or more. Just wondering what's out there, and what's the best? I appreciate any and all info. Thanks!

I know that there is a guy on ebay that is selling superlift kits for that truck. Guys that have bought from him says the kits are nice and are happy with them.
I am saving up to get one for myself.
here is one of his auctions.

Thanks for the reply. I will tell him about it and see what he thinks. I believe he was interested in a Skyjacker lift, but I don't know which one would be better.

They sure do!
There are several companies that make lifts fir IFS toys. for the older ones, Pro-Comp is the most common. But I her it is not the best. Almost all major makers of lists have one to fit. You cab even spring some big dough for the Total Chaos "caddy kit". it is about 2 grand, but it wll make your ride a desert runner! Me I cannot afford it. I am looking at a super lift for my IFS 88' 4Runner.
Look around, there is a bunch for toyotas.

There may be some guys on this site that know of other good deal, but there is a good deal on ebay.
superlift
He always has one or two on ebay. you may even be able to get him down on price or free shipping. Who knows.
I have talked to a few guys that bought the lift from him, and they were pretty happy and did the install themselves.
Let me know what you do, give some info.

nice.
yeah i took a look at that autions. it looks pretty solid, but i've never really bought things off ebay before yet alone something as important or as much as a sus. lift. But i really do like the price he's got going. Does he always have them on aution or is this like a rare thing and i need to act right away, b/c i'm gonna go check with a local shop first.
