Life in the 4Runner now that I'm supercharged
I am enjoying every aspect of supercharging my 02 4Runner!!!!
I live about 3500' above sea level and this truck has always been slow up here in the Sierra Nevada foothills.
I just recently installed a completely rebuilt 1st gen supercharger & 2.2" pulley with URD 7th injector kit and a TransGo valve body upgrade.
Life has never been better! Going from 3500' to 10,000' elevation up highway 80 I am now able to stay in 4rth gear the entire way up the mtn. pass doing 75mph. Not only that my average mileage up and down the pass was ~19mpg.
I am just so please how much better the truck drives. I am getting better mileage than before as I am no longer revving the truck as much.
Just wanted to share....
