Lets play another game of name that part!
Okay, so i was extending the rear breather on the runner last week, and lo and behold when i am all done i find this little beauty on the ground. Its the same muddy color as the rest of my undercarriage which makes me pretty sure that it came off the beast. Somewhere on the back end, i think probably out of the passenger side (that was where it was lying anyway) Anybody able to name that part? Thanks for all the help guys (and gals)!

hehe, 4 minute reply time... gotta love yotatech. Waskilly - i thought that too, but i gave it a gander and didnt see any oddball clean spots around the exhaust area, maybe ill give it a much closer look in the A.M.

umm... crescent wrench, a bunch of zip ties, fuel line..... wire cutters(to clean up the zip ties) Thats about it.

The clips for the front pads are thinner and don't hook like that. At least for my Tacoma that's the case... dunno about the drums - never worked on those.

It holds the counter rotation shaft of the muffler bearings in place. Actually it's probably something you ran over, it popped and stayed there....?
Whaaat, it can happen like that, I found cat parts on my Runner once that just fell off when I was working on it.

That, my friends, is a T-Post fence bracket. Has NOTHING to do with ANYTHING on a 4-Runner. It is what you use to secure wire fenceing to those "T" posts. I have used a million of them. (I used to live on a farm) Ya probably picked it up on a recent outing in a field or a dirt road or something. Don't worry.
