LED Bulbs For The 3rd Gens

Ive tried the search feature and I couldn't find any information about the LED bulbs for the rear brake lights for the 3rd gens. Well Ive heard that there is no LED bulbs that would fit the the tails, and you either have to mod the bulb or the tails, Im not to sure. I hope somebody can help me with this. Thanks

Here is a quote and pic of a guy when he installed his LED bulbs:

"close up of LED brake light designed for a FORD! yes i know. The clear tailights dont fit LED lights so the back had to be custom cut out and re threaded to fit them. The result is an intense little red circle seen for miles. This picture really does not do it justice."

They exist and APC makes them, but you have to make sure you get the right ones. I ordered the dual filament 3 times from 2 different places, and all 3 times recieved single filament. Not a good thing - they only worked with the lights, not the brakes (or vice versa, can't really remember).
