Are you mechanicly inclined enough to change a seal?

mine does the same thing. i let the mechanic at the dealership check it out while i was getting my alignment done and he said with 3rd gen sunroofs the seals are embedded so the only way to ensure a complete seal is to purchase the glass. he was a good guy didn't really seemed like he cared about ripping me off, now i just park on inclines to avoid water build up

Mine does the same thing, and the dealership is asking for $400+ to replace the whole thing. However, he did mention going to a glass shop and see if they can seal it up.

Thank goodness it doesn't rain alot in SoCal.
