Thanks, they are around the same price as Lc's Race Heads. Paradise Racing is well thought of when I search. So I'm sure I could trust them . I will call and ask them a few specific questions. After the install I will Post the overall results.

i had the exhaust header on my tacoma for a while, and then went to a full blown magnaflow/dynomax mandrel bent cat back. the gain (over stock with LCE header) from the cat back was negligible to my perceptions, for the money and/or time.
i needed a new muffler at the time, so went all the way with pipes and hi flow cat. i would only do it again under the same curcumstances (needing new pipes or muffler). the magnaflow pipes are beautiful, and the dynomax super turbo sound is nice and mellow, just a little loud in WOT.
if you're gonna get the street head, spend the extra on cams instead of cat back.
