Lazy runner
I have a 2.4 turbo diesel 1992 surf. It has no speed whatsoever. Top speed is 100kmh and it takes a while to build that up! The turbo recently went bad and I replaced it, this one makes a loud whistling noise, LOUD and goes no where. The old one did not make a difference with the speed anyway. I need help, this can't be this slow.
