Keyless proximity entry system?

Keyless proximity entry system?
Does anybody know where to buy an alarm with proximity entry like the new Mercedes?
They have a system whereby if you (and your secure key-fob/card) are within 6ft of the car it dis-arms itself. Then when you touch a door handle, the locks open. Or if you approach and touch the trunk, the trunk opens. Then when you walk more than 6ft away from the car it locks and arms.
Doing the handle touch unlock doesn't matter, but it would be fun if when you approach the 4runner it unlocks and disarms automatically, and locks when you leave it.
They also have an engine ON/OFF button on the gear lever. Oh if only I was rich ..........

Lexus GX470 also lowers and lifts up to 4 inches when you get it or get out of it. Steering wheel tilts up and down when you open and close the driver's door. On top of that, headlights turn in the direction of your steering wheel. Now if I would be rich...
