K&N Intake kit on E-bay?

Normally I would assume a kit like this would be crap or offer no real gains, but has anyone tried this kit by chance?

I'm sure the debate will forever continue regarding the usefulness of K&N filters. Aside from that, I wonder about that ad in general. The grammer leaves something to be desired and did you catch the $19.99 shipping? For a $25 part? That weighs nearly nothing???Sorry I can't add anything useful about the product though. Maybe someone else will have something for you.

I have a kit something like that. its a K&N Knock off Cone filter.

I like it. adds a bit of power, and a nice deep sound.

Only down side is when 4Wheeling in water, or doing a water crossing. These things like to suck it up (The water that is)

I think a better mod to the intake is the removal of the elbow and a good filter either Amsoil or K&N.

Actually Better gas milage, and better acceleration.

These filters like to let a lot of dirt/dust through. I had one on my Turbo Talon and it left dust/dirt in the intake tube. Not worth the engine damage for a couple of horse power.
