Jump start with cables crossed now no power at all

Wife got a jump start on 96 4 cylinder 4Runner with cables crossed. Got a new battery and installed it. There is no power at all to the vehicle. Dome lights won't even come on. I assume it blew fuse or worse, but don't see anything that looks burned out or funny. Any ideas?

If I remember there should be a fusible link for your truck? Google it and you should be good!

Thanks for the ideas, is there a way to tell if the fusible link is burned out without taking the entire fuse box out? Strange but I don't have an 80 amp fuse, just a 100 amp one that's labled starter.

Here's a writeup on how to swap your fusable link:

Also, make sure your ground wires are all good. This should set you straight, no big deal.
