jacking front/back of lifted rigs
How do you boys with lifted rigs jack up the front end (or the back, for that matter)? I can use my hi-lift on my sliders to do one side at a time, but I want to get both front tires off the ground at the same time. I'm not real comfortable jacking one side up, putting it on a jack stand, then doing the other side. And I don't really have anything up front that is inteded to be used as a jacking point.

Or for the rear just put the jack right under the rear axle housing

I have only seen it done just as you describe it:jacking one side up, putting it on a jack stand, then doing the other side. Using a regular jack with a support for reach.
