ISR vaccuum question

After reading through this article, I have one question. I dont under stand what im supposed to do with the vacuum line thats coming over the silencer. I cant seem the make it out in the picture. Can someone help me out? I *think* he just put a T on the existing vacuum. I was talking to my cousin and he said you are removing what ever needed the vacuum and he said i can just cap it off. What are your thoughts?
