ISR Mod w/Pics
I know there are a couple links (Dr. Z, etc) for the ISR mod. But I would like to add my pictures to help those along who havent tried this really cool mod yet.
Be sure to reset the EFI, and use premium gas.
Here is the link for my ISR mod pics. Scroll down the thumbnailed pictures on the left (they are the 2 at the bottom).
It sure sounds great in addition to the A/E/D mods! (Amsoil, Elbow, Deckplate)

Mainly due to increase in airflow. It may also have something to do with the FPR vacuum line being there also.
All I know is that without premium fuel it pinged, and with it doesnt.
Dr Z will also make the same recommendation.

You know what's funny! I have had a FIPK kit on my vehicle now for about 10K miles, and I've ran 87 octane with no pinging, which tells me that the ISR and Deckplate is a far better way to go. It definitely must let more air in than the FIPK from K&N. Proof is good! Anyone have a stock air box for sale?
