ok ill just get the regular denso. the only thing is i drive 25k miles a year and i didnt want to change them out every year or so but i guess i dont have a choice haha thanks guys.. besides if i do get iridiums what are they supposed to be gapped at?

I would try stock gap (.043), and see how it works.

Supposedly they do last longer. They work great in my engine, I would definitely recommend them if you want to put up the dough.

Yea, i take mine out from time to time, wipe them off and run a wire brush to clean some of the carbon off. They still look great and I've had them in for over a year (only 7K miles though).

i know the iridiums last longer but what about performance.. i have heard that there isnt any difference, if there are some its only neglagable. what do you guys think?? i just dont wantto change the damn things once a year haha.. they worth the $$?

You won't see any performance improvement unless you have a supercharger. As for changing them, I've heard of stock denso's lasting over 100,000 miles. I changed the plugs in my Fiance's truck a few weeks ago, 110,000 miles with the original plugs (Denso on one side, NGK on the other).

when i did my last tune up the plugs had around 50k and the wires had 137k miles on them it ran perfect but it was time for a tune up

The Denso's are just what the doctor ordered - and the dual electrode design should get you all of 50k and then some if you want it.
