IPF vs PIAA Lights

The results are in... IPF 968's win over PIAA 40's! IPF is on the driver's side, a broader beam and an unusual square reflector inside the housing give the beam a very nice pattern. You'll notice from the front view that glare is minimized from oncoming drivers. No more rust with the IPF's (this is my second set of PIAA's due to rust) since they have a composite shell. A clear, sealed hardend glass lens gives better coverage and no more leaks inside the lens (PIAA's are "vented" in two places that lets moisture inside the lamp, what were they thinking???).

The bulbs are 55w H3's. I suppose they are legal as long as you don't get caught! :pig: :pig:

Rusting PIAA's

Carpemanana - My 520's rusted and my shop told me that the housings have a lifetime warranty. New housings are on the way!! You might want to look into this for your first set - unless you heaved 'em already.
