Injector cleaning done today with Motor Vac
I finally got my fuel injectors cleaned with the Motor Vac today. Tell you what, no more hesitation and my rig runs better now. It cost me $116 including tax. It took about an hour to get it done. I'm really satisfied and I think it was worth it. Hopefully I'll get better mileage 
. It was done by disconnecting the fuel supply and return lines and hooking up the machine to these lines.

Cool, I wondered about that machine.
Cheaper than the $475 I paid my dealer to remove them, send them down the road for ultra sound cleaning, then reinstallation.
I will probably get this done within a year on mine for good preventive medicine.

fuel injector cleaner
preventive maintanance goes along way! i use redline s1 fuel injector cleaner about every month, one bottle treats up to 100 gallons. put over 60,000 miles on my xterra-never had the dealer clean my injectors. wife has over 45,000 on her 4runner and the dealer has never cleaned the injectors. i have 11,000 miles on my toyotsa d/c and the dealer will never clean the injectors!!!!. runs about 5 bucks a bottle!
