Wow, and I thought my rear bumper was bad!!!! You have me beat hands down!!! LOL
Wheels are nice. Perfect time of the year to see if the paint lasts. Let us know if it stays intact. I'm sure that's the most limiting factor most people worry about painting their wheels.

rusty isnt the term for that bumper.. that thing got ate by rust. good look on the wheels though.

good luck on finding black bumpers, I have been looking forever and cannot find any....wheels look good, i just finished painting my second set as well
