Do I have to take whole thing off as in tie rods and stuff to get to bearing

I would say no but in not 100 percent, never done a Tacoma. Take the caliper off and remove the spindle nut and the rotor and hub should come off with the bearings inside

Does the part the wheel bolt to come off or does the whole thing have to be took off from tie rods etc

Sorry just saw post in guessing take special socket and take but off then remove and put new bearing in

I'm sorry I know this is a forum but try and make readable sentences it's very difficult to comprehend what your trying to say.
Yes you need a spindle nut socket (they make many different kinds) to remove the spindle nut in the picture you posted.

I need to replace bearing on inside some say you can't take that piece off with the six little marks in it (brass piece) and I seen others that have to take whole knuckle and all out

The steering knuckle with axle hub attached must be removed from the vehicle as the bearing is pressed in. You deal with that nut on the backside after the knuckle assembly is off the rig.
