Those winches are just like Ramsey REP series,They will probably come with the solenoid box seperate.Just connect the wires from the solenoid to the bolts on the winch motor, run the power wire to "pos" battery post, ground wire to "neg"battery post. You should be good to go.What kind of mount do you have? For ARB's or TJM's you have to rotate the gear box around so you can reach the free spool lever.(PITA)

It isn't hard to rotate it although there are a bunch of bolts to loosen. I don't remember if it was in the instructions or not, but don't separate the two parts any more than you have to to rotate it.
One problem I had was that there is a hole in the T-15 bumper where I guess you're supposed to be able to reach in and move the lever. The hole didn't seem to be in quite the right place for my winch so the lever hit the bumper and couldn't be moved all the way in one direction. I managed to bend the lever slightly to make it fit. (Had to remove it - be real careful bending if you try it and I wouldn't recommend bashing on it with a hammer on or off the winch.) After all that, the front grill covered part of the hole when the bumper was installed. Its been a while, but the lever either hit the grill or it was so tight I couldn't get my hand in there to move it (and I have small hands). I ended up putting it all back where I started as I recall so I have to reach up under the bumper to move it. Not the best, but I didn't know what else to do. If I was a machinist, I'd make a different lever, but I'm not.
This isn't intended to scare you off, but its something that you should check before you get too far into it. Maybe see how the bumper fits without the winch to avoid dealing with the combined weight to see if it looks like it will work for you.
You might want a friend to help you lift it. For a wimp like me, the winch + bumper was too much by myself since it was kind of akward.

alanh,
Do you have a Warn? They are much easier to rotate than MileMarker or Ramsey.
INsr5runner,
When I did mine it took 2 people to rotate the winch mostly because it is akward. You will have to do it otherwise you'll never reach it.These winches(Ramsey/MileMarker) are alot differant than Warn's,as the gear box rotates around when in freespool mode. You will also have to grind a little off the lever(no big deal it's plastic)because when you rotate it around far enough to reach it ,it hits the mounting legs of the winch & will not disengage the winch. You'll see what I'm talking about when you get it.It took me about a 1/2 hr. to do it & well worth the time. The instructions were helpful. Good luck!
