I don't think that anyone makes a 2nd Gen hood. LUND makes some hood scoop covers that stick on with 3M tape, so it looks like you have a scoop. They actually look pretty cool. You can get them at Summit.

I have a 98 4runner and i put the 2000 hood with hoodscoop...all OEM...it will fit and you will have a cleaner and better fit then say a aftermarket scoop.. if your going to spent some money...OEM is the way to go
