Hood rod length

For those with 96-99 4Runner, can you please measure the hood rod and post the length? Thanks.

I needed an excuse to go out into the sun this afternoon.

~31.5" from pivot (where the rod 90s) to the bend where the rod supports the hood.

Roughly.
