Question "High Flow" Cat?

Does anyone have any experience or opinions on "high flow" cats. I'm planning on replacing my stock one soon. Thanks.

Search posts by trunner....he's posted alot on the matter. Going to add one myself soon as they do wonders from what I know on the 3.0 motor.

got a pair of catco highflow 2 1/2. For sale $80.00 a piece shiped if you want.

Same one, I'm running on my 2nd gen 3.4l swap. I pass emmisions in CA if that does anything for you.
