Help URD install in RH Drive

Help URD install in RH Drive
Looking for the ECU in my 97 HILUX 
(same as 97 4runner limited) so I can splice in the URD PCU. I've looked but cannot find its location. Vehicle is RHD auto trans, is the ECU on the left or right? I assume the ECU is relatively accessable. What has to be removed to get to it. Thanks for any help!
