Help Quick! Cam break-in?

Hi,

I'm in the process of installing my engbldr cam and need to know what kind of break-in I should do. Any rpms to stay in or avoid? any special oil to use during this period? any change interval suggested? And if there is some kind of break-in period, how long should I run this way?

I ran the engine @ ~2000 RPM for about 20 minutes to break in my TRD cam. The elevated RPM ensures good oil pressure and flow rate to help the cam break in. I used a conventional oil and changed it after about 1000 miles or so after installing the cam:

Same here,20 minutes @ 2,000 rpm.
