Help I Got Pranked!!
I woke up this morning i was about to go to class, and ive notice somethign strange someone put a garden hose and jammed it into the tailpipe into my 3rd gen. With the water still on soo its running out, i have no idea how long has this been going on, but i immediately shut off the water and lets the water run out for a lil bit. I try to crank it, and it was making funny noises and well it didnt turn over. I waited another 5 mins and tryed cranking it but no luck i just smell raw fuel. What should i do. Soo far i pulled the spark plugs and i see either fuel and or water on the plugs soo right now i got all 6 plugs hoping to dry it out and maybe put them back in in a couple or so.. any tips?

with the plugs out try turning it over by hand to see if any water spills out. can you see any water in the cylinders? some could have reached up far enough to get into any open exhaust valves, but surely the water couldnt make it up the pipes that far...

yeah not funny at all.
With the oil change yes its $$ and a hassle, but would you rather go through that hassle now, or the hassle and $$$$ of a blown motor later?
I also would recomend trying to turn it over with the plugs out. just let it turn a couple of times, see if it gets any water out of there...also maybe a bit of starter fluid in the cylinders to displace water, plugs back in and give her a shot?

water shouln't have made it to anything important unless it was a fire hose. Between your muffler and mabey a cat slowing the water down and not to mention the foot of vertical tubing to reach an exhaust valve there shouln't be enough volume or pressure to get to your engine. the funny noise is probably water in your muffler. not starting could be to much back pressure. don't know for sure just going on physics

do u have a drian hole on your muffler? I would find out who did it and report the person for vandalism. then kick his a$$ and tell the cops he fell over running away or somthing.
