Glad you finally got it fixed, I have dealt with my share of 'stuck' wheels, but yours sounds like about the worst I've heard of. I agree with the above suggestions to remove all wheels, clean the contact areas, and apply anti-seize to the hub contact points. Also regular rotations help to minimize this problem.

This happened on my ex's car. For the life of me I couldn't get the tire off. Long story short, I now carry a rubber malet in my truck. Two to three good whacks and it'll come right off. And if won't hurt the rim like a hammer would.

Yeah, that's not a bad idea. I think there should be room in the tool cubby under the seat for a mallet to fit. I may do that just in case.
