Angry Help 3.0 Emmissions Problem

I just went down to the dmv and they faild me because the co's are at like 79.67 rather that 20.0 or less. Can some one tell me if they have had this problem? Or if you know the most comon things that will cause this, and if theres a way to test those parts that are failing. I just replaced the cat. So thats not the problem, and not that it matters but the fuel pump and filter, well I changed the pump twice twice cuz the first one went out again after two days (auto zone can blow me). If any one could help I'd be very greatfull

thanx, Steve

P.S.if any one knows how to get more angle out of the front ifs style drive shaft I'd like to hear about it,well more currious about how to get the u-joints out. I wanna beable to use the 4wheel drive cuz I'm having withdrawls.

I read a post a while ago that running some SeaFoam will help you, like 2 cans in the tank right before inspection, also denatured alchohol, whether it's true, I don't know, I don't have emmissions where I live!
I read that on www.4x4wire.com, do a search and you'll find it!
