((HELP)) 01 4runner wont start & dead dash

Hear is my HEADACHE: I put a set of 100W fog lights on my rig and powered them out of the interior fuse block from the keyed power on upper left side of fuse block 2 years ago with no problems.

Today I changed to a different set of for lights (HDI) 65/55 high lows and removed the old fog lights, used that same point for power. Now my truck wont start and I have no dash or clock, radio. I still have power to everything else, no blown fuses or fusiable links ((NEW INFO I don't have any power to three fuese in the junction box ECU-IG / ACC or GAUGES ?))

does your dash and radio come back if you disconnect your tapped power? maybe you have a short where you got your power from.
