Heeeellllppp Mee Guys!!

hey guys what u doin???? not much here just really stumped on what to do here..see about 3 months ago my 89 3.0 blew a h/g and water go in the oil but the motor never got hot..well my question is how do i flush the bad oil out??? i've thaught bout buyin some cheap oil and filter then startin the motor and lettin it run a few minutes then drain that and then put in 4 quarts of castrol GTX high mileage 20w-50 and a thing of lucas oil stabelizer and a fram heavy duty oil filter.. would this work to flush out my motor'?

The general rule is to do a couple of quick oil changes. I'd change the oil and filter, run a day or two, and do it again. Should be fine. Did any oil get in the coolant? That'd need flushing too.
