Ok I did a search and can’t find anything on this issue, my girlfriend has complained quite a bit so I thought I would post this before I start taking stuff apart when it‘s minus 15 outside. In the winter the driver side vents are a lot hotter than the passenger side, no matter what setting it is on. And in the summer time it’s the other way around. The driver side is cooler than the passenger side with the ac on. Any ideas.

It's probably a fault in the centing system. I am assuming that one of the flaps that directs air lets more air through to the driver's side than the passanger side, but I am not certain. Worth takin' a look at though.

I have the same problem. The passenger side actually has a lot of cold air blowing in when driving. I closed up the hole where the shifter goes through the floor and the problem has pretty much dissappeared. I just used a peice of rubber neoprene and made a nice tight hole for the shifter to go through. Sealed it up with acoustiseal and it helped a lot. Also check that the rubber hole fillers on the fire wall are all still in place.
