Heated Seats Pre-Wired?

Does anyone know if the 4runners are pre-wired for heated seats like they are for the fog lights?

Meaning are the heated elements in the seats already?
Maybe you could clarify a bit.

From what I got out of it, I think hes asking if the wiring is there. Never had heated seats so im assuming the wiring from the dash to under the seats. So all he would need is the switch and replace the seats with the ones that have the heater coils.
