Headlight wire harness

My headlights are as dim as, (fill in politicians name here). I am looking at the Painless Wiring harness to upgrade the wires. Who has used this and what are your thoughts? Should I step up to the 9004 type bulbs or stick with the regular 6054 type bulbs. I would like to go up in the watts on the lights. What have you all used? This is for my 92 Toy

Give this place a try as well. They make good harnesses. I don't know how much the Painless wire harness runs, but this might be cheaper.

I haven't used the wiring harness myself (I have HID's) but I have purchased bulbs and such from them in the past and they are good to deal with.

check out roger brown's site www.4crawler.com he has a little section on harnesses... there was also a seller on here selling harnesses...... keep in mind these harnesses cant be used with aftermarket acc. like alternating headlight flashers (not that most people would ever need these though) also you cant upgrade to an h4 bulb without upgrading the housing as well, as the 6054 is a sealed beam headlight..... i have h4s and differnt housings i got off procarparts.com and they are cool... they are look a like projectors.. i have gotten many compliments on them....

The company that is on Rodgers site is no longer in business. I do understabd that I will need to change the housing as well. What watts are you running?
