Header/Exhaust Manifold Torque?

Header/Exhaust Manifold Torque?
Hi all. Just a quick question. In the instructions for the Doug Thorley headers, they say to torque the bolts/nuts back to spec. As everyone knows, the space under the hood is a teeny bit cramped and a torque wrench will be a PITA to fit in some spots...do they really have to be torqued and if they do, how many lbs?
