Head shims what size for 22re

I need to shim my head on my 22re and was wondering what sizes the shims come in and where can I get them?

do you mean like an extra thick headgasket. if so i would even worry about it

Yes, Do I need a shim plus a head gasket or just a thicker head gasket?

did you have a head milled or something or are you trying to lower the compression

I had the head decked and Im trying to make up for what was shaved off. Its at 3.7510 and is supposed to be at 3.785 minumin for the head height/thickness.

i wouldent even worry about that but if you are any mechine shop should be able to get the shim
