Well I did search but with the TRD part number. That article has lots of info but not much at all for the TRD cooler other than the question of what happens if you bypass the radiator in the winter months. I am still looking for anyone who installed the TRD cooler and bypassed the radiator to chime in

I'm guessing you're in Texas, if so the TRD cooler will probably be ok. Last I heard the TRD cooler was made by Hayden. They are good, but lack a built-in bypass for cold temps. Texas is normally not too cold, well maybe Amarillo is.
