Has anyone done a valve body upgrade/shift kit on their 3.slow auto?
I just e-mailed John over at IPT to see what the options were for the A340H which is what I have. I'm trying to get more usable power at low rpms like I would get with a 5-speed. I hate having to go to 4K to accelerate in a strong headwind because this tranny won't let me put my foot in it without downshifting.
Lets hear some input. I think doing something like this would make the 3.slow/auto much more bearable.

It looks like our only option right now is a valve body upgrade which runs $500 
. Ouch. It looks like I will be doing gears first if I keep this stupid thing.
