Got some UK Runners together today!
Tooke a drive today and met up with Kerr and Bundubasher from the Forum here. Both of them have UK spec Runners with the 3.0 Turbo diesel. Kerr's rig is sweet with the all black and Bundabasher looks good with the ARB and snorkel. We didn't do any wheeling just had lunch and shot the Sh$t about Runners and stuff. Always fun to get together with others that have the same passion for their trucks!
Here's a couple pics I snapped. That big building in the background is actually an indoor ski hill. I thought I had seen it all. It even has 3 lifts. The run looks like it would last all of about 5 minutes but still kinda cool. One side had rails and kickers for the boarders.

Joey,
It was good to meet up, next time we'll have to get the trucks dirty.
The problem with seeing other people trucks, is that you want to copy all there mods, How can i afford wet okles, carbon dash, springs, shockers, snorkel, ARB bumbers!!!!
I'll start of with the cheaper items, like the Blue interior lights etc.
Any way good to see you.
Kerr

Hi Guys!
Yep, it was really good to meet up with some people from the Yotatech BB in person. I was (again) very impressed with the BFG ATs - both the other vehicles had them and even on standard 15" rims they give a minimum of an extra inch of height compared to my Pirellis!
Of course Joey's vehicle is more "babe magnet" than "bundu basher" (that's southern african slang for an off roader) no disrespect meant and none taken I hope coz he's actually a really nice guy who does a serious job and I was quite impressed by his attitude.
Kerr is fab'ing up his own HEAVY DUTY skid plate and I putting my order in now, so the rest of you guys get to the back of the line!
By the way Kerr I need your address remember - (I bought some bulbs off him) - and I'll be looking out for the pics of the skid plate when its finished.
Sorry to miss out on the greenlaning with Luke etal, but I'll still be in Africa then - now there's alot of Surfs out there (made in Kenya or South Africa I think) so I'll be checking those out and looking for a spare wheel carrier to bring home (as hand luggage!),
Anyway, glad to meet you guys, go well
Jeremy
