Got Rub? Lifting?
Hello
I just got a new 33" mudders for my truck. I need a lift though. I was thinking maybe 3". What is the best way to lift an 85' pickup? Shackles, add-a-leafs, Blocks or new springs all around? Hope to get out and test these tires when the rain comes soon here in the Pacific Northwest! Thanks for the input.

any aftermarket lift can offer a 3" lift kit for a 85. the 85 or older trucks are cheap to lift. my recommendation is just get completely new lift springs from like superlift or skyjacker. if you have the $$$, get a custom set from alcan or allpro. if $$$ is an issue, then get replacement front lift springs and either aal or blocks for the rear.
