got her running great now a code 25

After all that idling like ลลลล i replaced the intake manifold gasket adn fixed teh crack in the manifold. I also had codes for air temp sensor and AFM so i was able to swap my filter box with a 93 yota 2wd (has a rod knock so it my new parts truck ) the part numbers matched up and its been running and idling great since i did so. But now every once in a while i get a code 25 (which i didnt get before) so im wondering should i maybe turn up the idle mixture a bit? I only have a set of headers on my truck so idk if its performance or the 2wd ran a little leaner.

Any input would be great

ps i have a 94 hilux 22re

CHECK your grounds. If it's intermittent, this is probably the case.

engine grounds are good, i havent touched any of them, the CEL only hits when im cruizing in low rpms aroudn 45 mph. I just checked the o2 and it has some burns on the heat reflecting tape so maybe the sensor is truely bad, just wierd fix one problem and another emerges
