This a good deal on a tacoma?

Got the wife a 02' 4Runner last week and now i want a double cab tacoma. I found a 2002 Double cab SR5 (no TRD package or 4wd) with 47K for $17.9K. Very clean and sounds great. Am i looking at a good deal on this? Could i find something better?

That is what my extracab, non-trd 2wd Prerunner v6 was priced at 1 year ago. i got them down to $16,400. You should be able to get it down to $16500. Was this at a dealer and is it a prerunner v6

I got my wife's 04 d-cab Taco Prerunner TRD V6 for $20,500 with only 11,000 miles last summer. Kind of think the TRD is a waste on a prerunner now that we have one. The locker will never get used on ours. So I think non TRD pkg for a 2wd is a good idea but I would work them down a bit still from 17,9.

Definitely agree with the guys above - 17.9 seems a bit high.

Too much for that truck. Get the 4WD TRD if you can, you won't regret it.
