Sweet ain't it.
I was thinking of a run on Jan 7th, and do Reno Pass, another everyone run, but don't expect it to be a dirt road. But stock stuff can make it with a little effort.

I'll work on your brace Jan 2-6, you wanna go wheeling on the 7th?
I know your frame is 17" on the money.

Ok, I'll spill the beans. Over the last year, my sliders have migrated upward. Yes I welded them on correclty. So I came up with these "shock absorbing" legs on the way to Moab last October. Finally got a design I liked and was simple. Basically your truck has a suspension to absorb blows, so will my sliders to absorb blows. We'll see how it goes.
I upraded the legs from 1/8" wall to 3/16" wall as well. 1/8" is for center consoles. Just ask Cheese.
I'll probably re-install the sliders tomorrow. This will NEVER be a product as the amount of time to build these is absurd, but when it's for me, it's free.

We should probably start another thread for the trip planning.

I'll make a trip thread, I looked in the Wells book and it does not seem all that bad. Keep in mind it has the same rateing a Sunflower Mine.
We'll be fine. I have a winch.

I am building 3 bumpers right now. Jan and Feb is pretty booked up at well. That will probably be it for bumpers for a while, I don't make enough on them.
