Getting My New Tires :)
Well I just got back from Discount Tire Co. and I ordered my new tires
I ordered a set of Bridgestone Dueler A/T Revos unfortunately they don't stock them, but they ordered them for me, and I should have them in a couple of days
I went with the 265/75/R16s mainly because I wanted to keep the stock rims on my Xterra, but I wanted a slightly bigger tire
If you all want, I'll post some before and after pics of my Xterra when I get my new tires installed (They should be in by wednesday)
Just wanted to share this, because I'm really happy right now I originally went in there to see how much it would cost to get a set of BFG A/T KOs installed, and it was going to be over $700 for the size I wanted. So I asked if they could get the Revos and he said yeah but they'd have to order them and it would be a few days. But the price for the same size tire as the BFG (265/75/R16) was $135 mounted and balanced with lifetime rotations and balancing and repair So I'm getting them for a little over $500 including the trade in on my old tires (they're giving me $25 each for my stock tires, they're pretty much brand new though, only 6 months old and ~6500 miles on them )
