Genuine Toyota Brake Pads or something else?
Dealer is charging $95 for front brake pads for '99 4Runner LTD. Incidentally, the dealer has a special this month for front pads installed for $95.
Want to do it myself for less, but wanted to go OEM route. Is there an equal or better product for less?
Thanks.

I prefer the Wagner thermoQuiet ceramic pads. Very low dust on the wheels. Almost never need to wash the truck anymore. Price is right around $30 a set including shipping.
Best pricing will be at www.rockauto.com

I put on Performance Friction pads and Brembo rotors and they have worked good for 30,000 miles. You will never second guess OEM Toyota parts after you get them however. Toyota parts are very good.
