Gears???

ive got a 92 PU 4wd (22re) i put on 31's and rims and i hear that i should put in better gears, what ratio should i put in, do i have to do front and back, how much would this cost, where could i have it done, could i do it myself, what company should i look for, or should i just leave it as is.

Yes, you must to front and rear. You will have problems trying to use 4 wheel drive if you dont. Use your axle code to find the stock gear ratio. It's on the metal plate on your fire wall under the hood. Use this code (new tire size/old tire size)*stock gear ratio.
